The conference hotel “Moscow” is located on one of the main city streets, – Old Nevsky Prospekt. It is just 1 minute walk from "Ploschad Alexandra Nevskogo" metro station. It is about 20 minutes by foot from the city centre. Hotel has 825 rooms with various accommodation level, some offering nice views to the great Neva river. The hotel is equipped with:

Bedroom+living room+cabinet:

Cancellation policy

Note that one month before coming to the hotel the amount of cost for the first night will be blocked on your credit card.

You can cancel your booking up to 5 days before the coming date. After this period the amount of first night cost will be charged from your credit card.

Payment policy

You should perform payment by cash or credit card upon coming to the hotel. Please contact organizers to perform payment. Note that payment will not be made automatically. The blocked ammount will be returned to your credit card afrer payment.

Note that upon your arrival, the hotel will register your visa at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation; a small registration fee can be imposed.
