  • From the time when the program goes to formatting and printing (it was some 2 weeks ago), all new withdrawals should be marked as "late" and remain visible in the web program as striked-out text. This way one can very easily see all the last-minute changes using the web version. During the conference days we will also mark no-shows and keep them as striked-out with the mark "no-show" on the web site.  22.08.2012
  • Starting from July 16, it is possible to join the VI Association as an individual member.
  • A reminder: The early-bird registration deadline is on July 15.

  • The Doctoral school attendees are invited to prepare a presentation for a poster session (see the poster format here), which will be organized during the school days. 20.06.2012
  • The Technical Program Committee has finalized the paper selection. You can now see the decision and review comments (if any) under "participant profile" (left menu) upon login. 01.06.2012.
  • Registration and early fees payment are opened. 25.05.2012.

The Steering Committee warmly thanks the contributors who have already submitted their papers to the Congress. Following many requests received during the last few days, the Metamaterials 2012 Steering Committee has extended the deadline for the summary submission till 10th of April 2012.

If you have not yet submitted your paper(s), you are welcome to make your submission(s) via the Congress website http://congress2012.metamorphose-vi.org/ before the extended deadline.

  • People who have already submitted their paper(s) may also receive this message, since the announcement of the deadline extension has been sent to Congress mailing list.
  • We look forward to meeting you in St. Petersburg!
